12-Month Product Limited Warranty

BombayChairs warrants it’s seating products based on a single shift (8 hours / per day / 5 days per week). Usage beyond as ingle shift, the product life will be effected by user size / weight, product use, care and maintenance, environment and other factors which will result in a reduction of the warranty in proportion to the increased usage. All warranty is against Manufacturing Defect and applicable to standard model and specification only. The warranty period is based on warranty seal. During the warranty period, all the replacement spare parts will provide by free of charge ex-works. BombayChairs will always respect the warranty terms and abide by the given warranty timelines. This warranty covers specific items listed below.


Components Covered Under Comprehensive Warranty are as Listed:
  • Mechanism
  • Gaslift
  • Base
  • Wheel
Components Not Covered Under Comprehensive Warranty are as Listed:
  • Breakage of Chair Backrest
  • Breakage of Chair Armrest/Handle
  • Breakage of Chair Headrest
Warranty Terms:

It is in the sole discretion of BombayChairs to decide on the warranty claim once a detailed report has been provided to BombayChairs and the customer bearing the product.


BombayChairs Products have an easy assembly for successful usability, allowing the customer to either service the chair themselves with the parts provided or will be provided with a step-by-step process where the user would be guided via video call or phone call.


The product warranty stands active from the date of invoice and will not be extended based on the exchange of hands of the product to its end-user.


Any damages caused to the product will not be covered in the warranty if improper, assembly, maintenance, misuse, modifications, or repairs, are found which are not in compliance with BombayChairs Terms.


For any of the components which are not a part of the comprehensive warranty, they will be accessible for purchase at a nominal price.


Warranty cannot be claimed upon the appearance of the product due to daily wear and tear during its natural course of the product, given its ageing, nature, function, composition as well as damage due to usage of the product beyond its intended use.


Scratches, dents, wrinkles, color-fading, weaning/beading of fabric/leather, compression of foam including other changes developed due to normal wear and tear of the products during usage.


Other Terms:

Only the customer who originally bought the product and has the invoice in his/her name is eligible for the warranty claim.


Specifically for memory foam seats, normal change in softness, and recovery time occurs over a period of time. This does not affect the pressure-relieving qualities of these seats.


Products kept in unhygienic or unsanitary conditions may damage the product and invalidate the warranty. For health and safety reasons of workers, BombayChairs may refuse to inspect such mattresses and deny the warranty claim.


You agree that BombayChairs will make the final judgment on whether a product has been significantly damaged/defective and needs a replacement/refund under the warranty.
